Year 11 Mathematics (Core)                                                                MCert

Course Statement:

This course is designed to develop general mathematical skills for everyday living. Students intending to progress to either of the two NCEA Level 2 Mathematics courses or CAIE AS Mathematics in Year 12 should take the Year 11 Mathematics (extended) course.  The course includes ten NCEA Level 1 Numeracy credits.

Prerequisites:

Recommended for students with grade D or better in the 10MAT end of year exam.
