Course Statement: | In this course, students will learn to create products in a safe hygienic manner, using a range of food preparation techniques. They will be able to develop their practical skills through engaging in multiple practical experiences. They will learn how to follow a brief to design and make interesting edible products. Students will gain valuable life skills and be introduced to career opportunities in the food technology and hospitality sectors. |
