9ENL - English Literacy

9 English Literacy

The Year 9 English (Literacy) course is for students who find English challenging. It includes the study of response to text, creative and formal writing, close-viewing of film, reading comprehension and speech. Students are selected for this course by the HOF English and HOD Learning Support, with input from intermediate schools and parents. Students attend 9ENL instead of going to mainstream English with their form class.
