Students discover how to form meaningful friendships, how to maintain them, and what they can do when things go wrong. Students gain an understanding of how their body functions and the mental and emotional impact of puberty; as well as how to take care of the body by making positive nutrition choices and health enhancing decisions around smoking/vaping.
