10 Mathematics

The Year 10 course is designed to build on skills learned in Year 9 and prepare students for Year 11 Mathematics. For most students, the course is within their capabilities. For those who find Mathematics challenging, there is support available in the whānau house system by way of student mentors (house tutors) and the 10MNU course. There is an extensive testing programme throughout the year, designed to identify students who are struggling, as well as those who would benefit from more advanced work.
